01 / About these terms

These Terms of Service describe the use of the Osas Construction Group, LLC website. “Osas,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Osas Construction Group, LLC. “You” refers to a visitor or person contacting us through the website.

The website provides information about construction and renovation services in the Pittsburgh area and ways to contact us. Please read these terms before using its request features. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use those features; you can contact us by phone with questions.

These website terms are not a construction contract. A separately agreed project contract governs any work we undertake, subject to applicable law.

02 / Estimates and appointment requests

Submitting the estimate form sends your request to Osas by email. It does not reserve a time, confirm an appointment, or obligate either party to proceed with a project.

Your selected date and time are preferences. An appointment is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation. Service availability depends on location, project requirements, scheduling, and our ability to perform the requested work.

The website invites requests for a free estimate. A request is not a final price or binding quotation. Any proposed scope, assumptions, exclusions, pricing, and validity period should be stated in the estimate or project agreement. Any separately chargeable assessment or service must be discussed and agreed before it is provided.

03 / Project agreements and consumer rights

Before work proceeds, the applicable project agreement should identify the parties, scope of work, materials, price and payment schedule, timing, and other required terms. Project changes, deposits, cancellation, refunds, and workmanship or product warranties are addressed by that agreement and applicable law, not by a website form.

Nothing in these terms replaces required home improvement contract disclosures, waives a statutory cancellation right, or limits a consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Pennsylvania home improvement projects may be subject to the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.

The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General provides information about contractor registration and home improvement contracts. Registration is not a government endorsement or guarantee of work.

04 / Information you provide

Please provide accurate contact details and project information, and tell us if your needs or preferred timing change. You should be authorized to discuss the property or clearly explain your role if you are contacting us for an owner, landlord, or other party.

Send only information reasonably needed to discuss the work. Do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers, account passwords, door codes, or other sensitive information through these forms or ordinary email. The site does not process payments or create customer accounts.

You retain your rights in photos, plans, or other materials you send. Share materials only if you are entitled to do so. Sending project materials allows us to review them for your inquiry; it does not grant permission to publish them as marketing content.

You may browse the site, share links, and use the contact features for legitimate inquiries. You must not use the site to send fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, harass others, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

Text, branding, designs, and other materials on this site belong to Osas or their respective owners. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal project planning. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Project photographs show Osas work at different stages, including projects in progress. A photograph, description, or example is not a promise that a particular design or result is suitable for your property.

General website information is not a substitute for an on-site assessment or advice from a qualified professional about structural, electrical, plumbing, permit, or other project-specific requirements.

The website uses externally hosted fonts and some images and links to services such as Google Maps and Instagram. External sites, your email application, and your phone provider operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean that we control the linked service or endorse all of its content. We cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or delivery of communications handled by external providers. If an email link does not work, contact us directly by phone or email.

When you contact us about a project, we may respond using the details you provide to discuss that inquiry. An estimate request is not consent to unrelated marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how the website handles personal information.

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but information can contain errors or become outdated. We may correct content, change features, or temporarily suspend the website. Confirm details material to your decision with us before relying on them.
